Not included – tourist tax – 20 CZK / person / night (children under 18 do not pay)
Because of the increase in electric charges by suppliers throughout the Czech Republic, we now charge 150Kc from 1st May – 30th September and 190Kc from 1st October – 31st September per night.
Check-in:
If there is no agreed time of arrival (with the owner), then the arrival is usually after 2:00 pm on the first day of stay. The standard departure time is by 10:00 am on the last day of your stay.
Cancellation of boking:
The visitor has the right to create binding orders, which they accept by paying the deposit, respectively. binding signature, cancel the stay. The following fees apply for cancellations
Cancellation of booking:
* More than 60 days prior to arrival you will be refunded 100% of the cost of the stay or deposit.
* More than 30 days before arrival then 50% of your stay or deposit is refunded.
* Less than 30 days then the entire deposit or the price of the stay is non refundable.
The cancellation must be notified in writing (email). In extreme cases for cancellation the refund can be discussed but you may be required to prove the reason for this.
Payment for stay:
The method of payment is always agreed directly with the owner.
Stay complaint:
In the event of a problem during boarding or during the stay, the visitor is obliged to inform the owner without delay

Small to medium sized does are allowed upon our acceptance. Please contact us with information when making a reservation. We charge 200Kc per dog per night
** We also hold a deposit for any small damages within your stay.
This is CZK 3,000 payable on arrival and returned at the end of your stay after assessment.
IN THE EVENT OF LARGER DAMAGES THEN YOU THE OCCUPENT ARE
REQUIRED TO COVER THE COST TO REPAIR OR COMPLETELY
